When would you take our portraits?

We would work with your coordinator to determine the best window for your event, be it during cocktail hour or the later hours after official business has wrapped. This of course depends on the logistics of your venue and your timeline. We would also aim to set up at a time / place not distracting to other aspects of your event. At the same time, when we are working we hope to be noticeable and busy; our working studio is also a point of interest and entertainment for those waiting for their turn.

Can we choose our backdrop? The look of our portraits?

Ideally, yes. Some consideration has to be given to the venue and what kind of protection from the elements we might have during our window of work.

How much space will you need to work?

Approximately 12' x 12' Shelter from the elements is also an important consideration.

Do you offer prints?

We most likely will but have not yet. Let us know if a physical copy is important to your event and we can give you an update.
